“I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel and its amenities are soo pretty. The food is amazing at the restaurant. 1 block away is the pretty block with the umbrellas. Most restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. Staff is so friendly here. This was a 10x better stay than when i stayed at the hilton by the lake. I would stay here everytime i go to cartagena.”

“Casa Emma Hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean cosy and spacious and the pool was perfect to relax by. The staff were very friendly and accomodating! The building is beautiful and in the best location, a short walk to everything you need. Would highly recommend! ”

“Quedé encantada con Mood Matuna, y Cartagena entera. El hotel es céntrico caminando puedes llegar a Getsemaní o el centro. La habitación es súper espaciosa, cómoda, limpia y en perfectas condiciones. Agradezco que teníamos prime y Netflix. Y siempre que volvíamos cansados de nuestros paseos encontrábamos la habitación limpia y fresca. Los desayunos son buenísimos y el personal muy servicial y amable. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia muy agradable. Volvería en otra ocasión y la recomiendo……

“The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. ”

“The service and attention to detail by the staff was impeccable. My hats off to all of the employees of the hotel, they are awesome! It’s in a great location in the walled city that allows easy access, within a 10 minute walk, to all of the nightlife that Cartagena has to offer (we walked to and from the various bars and nightlife every night and felt very safe). There are hotel staff manning the entrance to the hotel at all hours. The hotel is also literally surrounded by local restaurants.……

“Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family. ”
