“The room is absolutely beautiful, junior suite, the staff needs a lot of work. Plus everything inside of the hotel is extremely expensive for the quality of food they offer. Breakfast was the best part, but do not recommend lunch buffet. Our first day room service did not get to our room until almost 5 pm and didn't even clean the whole place. They were walking in without even knocking which one time they entered and I was laying down with my partner. The pool, bar and gym were all beautiful.……

“The location overlooking the historic Walls and the Caribbean Sea and the barrio San Diego area is beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed early check-in… the customer service was above and beyond.. the restaurant was excellent in the room was huge with a large balcony..Cristian and Luis were very helpful at all times. I stayed at three other hotels in Cartagena in the last three months and this hotel was the best compared to the Hyatt Regency in Boca grande and the Bastion……
