“We have a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Hotel is very clean, has a great location close to shopping centers, stores and only like 10 minutes away from the Wall City. Everybody was very nice and attentive, Marcelo helps us get to our room and made great recommendations that help us with our stay. “The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. ”
