“They really take care of you at this hotel from hot towels and a welcome beverage to an easy ride to the airport. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and most of them bilingual. The property is stunning and well taken care of, and it’s close to everything in Cartagena. Pool is very nice, food is absolutely incredible, and the beds are comfy. Stay here!”

“Incredible boutique hotel with amazing privacy , comfort and a location that just cannot be beat! I stayed at the hotel before when it was a “self served” hotel and I have to say I’m super happy to know that it turned into a full boutique hotel now. “The hotel in general exceeded my expectations, the location was beautiful, fantastic and convenient. Staff was incredibly friendly. Water pressure was strong, AC was cold, bed was comfortable. Only two issues, we were in the room in front of the kitchen/bar and next to the stairs. We could hear conversations of the staff and footsteps of people walking the stairs, they woke us up, other than that, the experience was great.”

“American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. ”
