“會選擇這間飯店主要是因為離開會地點比較近，但從Helsinki過去的交通不是太方便，當初選擇了坐火車過去，結果最靠近Scandic Espoo的站是個無人看管的小站，拖著行李走了快20分鐘才到，中間還要經過幾個小坡，抵達飯店check in 還找不到我的訂房，讓我在reception足足等了30分鐘。”
