“We were in town for a volleyball tournament for our daughter and had an amazing stay. It was so easy. Al is a wonderful proprietor. The refrigerator is stocked with basics so you don't have to bring everything. The setting is stunning and the pool was fun :) Highly recommend!”

“My friends and I had a great weekend here. The property is accurately described as listed. It was just enough space for a weekend. There were 3 of us. We used the fold down couch as the 3rd bed which was a good bed. Communication with the host was excellent. The property inside and out was great. We sat outside in the backyard for a while. The walk over the bridge to the Niantic boardwalk wasn’t too long when the weather is good. And we sat outside at Fat Tuna which was within walking distance……

“Old-fashioned cottage with modern updates, just a short walk from the beach. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The hosts take good care of their guests! My favorite part was the view from the back deck, which looks out into a grassy marsh and small river, complete with several osprey checking out a nesting platform. Look forward to staying here again!”
