“My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town.”

“Everything was as described. Our stay was excellent. Thank you!”

“Everything was great and very relaxing. Due to its location on a wooded property the climate of the house was very comfortable. When it was hot outside, it was comfortably cool inside (without ac) and vice versa. The screenshot porch was very relaxing and the house had a lot of items to use and good kitchen equipment. Furthermore Todd is very helpful host! The lake and the surrounding were very relaxing too. We were there with our teenage kids. For them the calm surrounding was a little boring……

“I picked this rental because I recognized it as soon as I saw it! I grew up 5 houses from here. The rental was immaculate, the beach beautiful….home. Owners were very nice and helpful. They say you can’t go home again but I got pretty close! Fantastic spot. I’ll be back!”

“We had a great stay at Al's place. An easy drive to New London and Mystic. Very comfortable and stocked with lots of extras. We will definitely book again if we come back to this area!”

“A lovely little cottage close to all that is good in Mystic, CT. Easy trips over to the Aquarium, walking distance to downtown and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Cute backyard and patio for some outdoor entertaining if your heart desires it. Overall a wonderful stay - will be back!”

“I’m normally not one to leave reviews but I had to for The Carriage House! Everything from the homey, relaxing feel to the great views was amazing! My friends and I wanted to extend our stay lol. We’re already planning another stay here for a summer trip! Also appreciated the host’s friendliness and ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. 10/10”

“We had the absolute best time! The property is right on the beach and you just can’t beat the view from your porch. Our toddlers loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day and it had all the amenities we could have asked for, even double ply toilet paper! Ely was a wonderful host and we’re looking forward to staying again in the future! ”

“This was the best place to celebrate my family member’s 60th! Being right on the water was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the beachy air and the outdoor setting. Inside was clean and adorable. The bunk beds were much larger than appears in the picture. If you want a little getaway to enjoy the salty air, I highly recommend! The owner was very timely in getting back regarding any questions I had and was friendly. ”
