“Great house for a little vacation. Beautiful view although it rained the whole trip we still enjoyed sitting in the porch. Some dishes was still dirty in the cupboard but didn’t really bother us. Overall good ”

Clean, newly remodeled and amenities to meet our needs for a 3 day beach retreat. Simple, but practical. Close to beach and a/c was a treat during the heat wave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This rental is so unique with the 2 sides, and was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend. We had the groom’s friends staying on one side, and my friends staying on the other side. The two sides are connected through the sunroom and the backyard space is great which made bringing the whole group together so easy. The setup was also perfect for me to get ready on my own separate side the day of the wedding so that my now husband wouldn’t see me. The decor and cleanliness of the house were……

“This was a great spot to stay with my wife, another couple, and my dog! The house is small - especially downstairs. But it is extremely well thought out and space is used as effectively as can be. Upstairs had 2 good sized bedrooms with king beds and a nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower. The house is located in a small, cute, and a bit of an unusual neighborhood. Very quiet. Very safe feel. But not too good for much dog walking and parking is super tight. Owner was very good with……

“Old-fashioned cottage with modern updates, just a short walk from the beach. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The hosts take good care of their guests! My favorite part was the view from the back deck, which looks out into a grassy marsh and small river, complete with several osprey checking out a nesting platform. Look forward to staying here again!”
