The dock and water front amenities were key to our enjoyment. The water was great for swimming, floating, boating, fishing/crabbing and exploring. Lots of wildlife to enjoy amd a lovely view from the deck. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and helpful. The driveway fits 4 vehicles and we parked one……

“Simple, serene, absolutely wonderful. The house boat is absolutely what you sign up for and more and then the touches that the host does - the snacks, the chalkboard and THE FISH-LIGHT! She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy - she makes she you get all your time while making you feel completely supported. 10/10. We will be back. ”

“I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. ”

William (Property Host) was extremely nice and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and provided plenty of water and even Croissants/Muffins!
