“I've been to the spa many times. I have suggested some things that have come true, and I'm so glad about that. For instance the mini fridges in the room and the coffee machines are very welcome additions. Sometimes people have medications that need to be refrigerated. A couple of things could be improved. Please fix the fireplace in ascot pub. It's kind of ridiculous that I haven't been there in many months and the fireplace is still broken. I heard that it was an expensive fix but at the very……

“Good experience. Actually better than I expected. Clean, comfortable, and neat. The fridge was a slim 5 foot one with a freezer and a decent size microwave. Those 2 things are a bonus and both in immaculate condition. The sheets were clean and the bed was made up nice. Bathroom was also clean. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the ‘bathroom sink’ is placed outside of the bathroom close to the microwave and counter which was weird to me. ”
