“Our stay was pleasant. A good location for us since it is located right on/near the Ice Age Trail. Plenty of wonderful places to eat. The people in Cornell are very kind and friendly. The room we stayed in was nice. It was on the first floor (main floor) and had a private bathroom which was very nice. The room has a small refrigerator with a good-sized freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, television sets. Amenities were provided such as shampoo, soaps, etc. and some snacks. Very easy……

“Overall, a great weekend getaway for our family! The downstairs unit walked out to a great play space for the kids, and a great screened porch to have our breakfast meals. We enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe, as well as bringing our dog. Only potential drawback is having noisey upstairs renters, as their voices/music/TV could be heard clearly from lower level main bedroom. Also, at 6'3", I bumped my head a few times in the back portion of this rental.”

“Some friends and I were looking for a girls getaway to celebrate our friend’s birthday. This place was perfect, with amazing views! Very clean and cozy. Douglas and Jennifer were extremely accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!”

“As the title states staying at the cottage was exactly what our family needed. The owners were very nice and communicative the place was clean and quiet. We had grandparents, my wife and I and our child but there's enough room here for all of us to enjoy family time but also each have our own space when needed. In terms of fishing we mainly caught channel cats and sturgeon off the dock fishing off the bottom but we're lucky enough that each one was bigger than the last. It was far enough away……

“We booked a long weekend stay at Lone Birch Cabin. We loved it's location right by the water and would have enjoyed more of the amenities with better weather. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-thought out. The Murphy bed was easy to use. Our host, Sheri, was easy to reach and very helpful. We especially appreciated the Easter treats. Thank you!”
