“Great place for a family getaway. Beautiful quiet setting with a spacious well maintained exceptionally clean house on the Chippewa River. There are plenty of sleeping places and bathrooms. Great deck for morning coffee and fire pit for evening chats and marshmallow roast. Would definitely like to come back again.”

“We stayed at this beautiful property winter of '25. Although lake properties are traditionally a summer getaway we loved every minute of our winter retreat. We were traveling for a curling tournament and loved waking up to the beautiful lake view. We enjoyed early morning walks on the frozen lake playing fetch with our dog Cooper. The beds were incredibly comfortable with great linen. The kitchen had everything we needed for in home meals after long days of sport activity. The welcome note and……

“Beautiful Clean ”

“House was very clean and instuctions were clear. Location was close to bars and restaurants.”

“Super quiet. It was perfect. I was worried about it being kinda close to what seems like a busy road. But the yard is big, the road honestly isn’t that busy, and the house has good windows that block whatever traffic sound there is. Easy access, beautiful location, easy host. Highly recommend. ”

“House is beautiful. The one thing i had a terrible time with was the ventilation from the hot tub. It was hard to breathe for an asthmatic. Thank you for the stay. ”

“It wasn't fabulous but it was stocked with the essentials and the property manager was responsive. The hot water went out a couple times, but she quickly got someone there to fix it. The lake in front of the property was full of algae and nearby public beach involved crossing a highway.”
