“Unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Overall property didn’t allow lounge chairs to be taken to beach, but unit had chairs and umbrella, which worked fine. Property had an overall friendly atmosphere. Didn’t use pool but it seemed fine. Property was a ways from village, but this was fine with us. A nice place to stay. ”

“The condo is decorated very well, rustic beach theme, but subtle. The kitchen has just about anything you would need if you choose to cook while on vacation, which I don't! The property management company is very responsive and helpful with any and all of your needs. We would definitely stay here again ”

“Large size condo with 2 full bedrooms and very nice living room area. Lovely screened in porch. Beautiful view of gulf. End unit with lots of windows. Comfortable king bed! Nice kitchen. Need to bring coffee for regular coffee pot! Beach towels and chairs provided which was especially nice! Would stay again!! Walmart for groceries located near other side of bridge ,”

“Very relaxing time. Nice to walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Convenient to have the grocery store in the back yard. Condo was perfect for the four of us...not to big and not to small. Had all the amenities that we needed for a short stay both at the beach and as a guest. ”

“This condo is a corner unit on the north end of building. That means awesome views of the gulf and beach plus stunning sunsets. Everything is new, full size fridge a plus, plenty of room, literally everything you need. We brought our own loungers for the beach as property loungers stay on the grass by the beautiful palm trees. Location is perfect on the island. Looking forward to a return trip.”

“We got in late and didn’t realize that lobby door isn’t the correct door to get in. Had to use side gate and carry our heavy suitcase up the steps. Also had trouble with our door pad. But overall great location to stay.”

“The property location was very close to everything. Fort Myers is still undergoing a lot of renovations from the previous hurricanes. Our beach was being renovated at the time of our stay which was a little disappointing but we did enjoy a wonderful view from the balcony. We experienced a few elevator outages but, being active individuals, we were able to walk the 6 flights of stairs to our room. If you are not able to walk several flights, please inquire on the status of the elevators prior……

“The Edison Beach house is very nice and in a beautiful location. I enjoyed my stay very much and management was very kind. The property is still going through some updates after the hurricanes. I would definitely stay again. The only down side is the elevator is currently out. Which I normally always take stairs anyways but it’s inconvenient if you’re trying to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The first night the check in lady was telling everyone to take what they needed to there……
