“My stay at the Kenect Phoenix was amazing! The staff was friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage after arriving early morning before check-in. I got back to the hotel about an hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was able to get me into my room before time. The hotel is about a 8-10 min walk to the convention center, restaurants and Fry's Grocery store. The city scooters were convenient as well if you don't want to walk too far. “Communication was fast, great and accommodating. The hotel/apartments were in a nice location and the room was very clean and kept.”

“Clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting into the building the first night, but had great communication with the rental company to resolve the issue. Had access to the pool, fitness room and game room which was nice.”

“Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places……
