“The property was in a beautiful location. Neighbors were a little close,but were no problem. The house was immaculate and comfortable. We really appreciated the laundry area. TV was a little hard to use, but we’re in town most of the time.”

The site had various areas that you could visit and congregate. My sister and husband are building nearby, and we were able to go fishing and swimming at Sam Rayburn Reservoir. We plan on using this VRBO if it is available again!”

“This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. The owner is really nice and made himself available in case we had any issues checking……

I travel quite a bit for fishing trips, and the homes that I rent are hit and miss when it comes to being able to have the room to park my truck and boat and also have electrical hook ups to plug in the battery charger for the boat. This property was perfect. The house was spacious with enough rooom to easily sleep four people or more. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Lake Sam Rayburn. ”
