“My family (myself, wife, and two kids) stayed at Lakeside Cottage during Spring break. The cottage is very nice inside and outside. Inside, the cabin is very clean and well decorated. Everyone was pleased with how comfortable the beds were. The outside deck space is expansive and well done. We played table tennis, sat in the hot tub, and used the grill to make burgers. “We brought our 4 kids, ages 6, 9, 12, and 14. The split floor plan was perfect for the kids on one side and parents on the other. The girls shared a room and the boys shared a room. We loved canoeing, fishing from the dock, reading in the hammock, cooking s’mores by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub! The weather was beautiful and there were some other families next door enjoying some outdoor activities also that we waved at while canoeing! Such a cute little lakeside community We loved……

“We enjoyed our short getaway to Ellijay and the cabin was just as pictured! Love the decor and all furniture was so comfy! We spent a lot of time on the deck as the weather was perfect. Downtown was only a 10-minute drive. Roo Winery (5 min away) is a MUST see. We enjoyed the views and had a great lunch. ”

“The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Having two seperate king suites with their own bathroom was ideal. All 3 TV's have apps installed so all you need to do is log in with your own information. The Wi-Fi was strong and supported all use. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. When we arrived there was already some ice made in the freezer. The fireplace is as simple as turn on and off with a remote. The temp was very easy to set with a Nest Thermostat.……

“This is the best rental we’ve ever stayed. Home was immaculately clean, well stocked. We don’t have a single complaint. Owners definitely thought through everything to insure you have a wonderful time. We had ages 6 months to 60’s and everyone loved. We played in river at house, enjoyed hot tube and picnics on deck. “Well stocked. Loved the layout. Perfect for families with children and pets. Grandchild enjoyed the fort. Appreciated an area where pets could safely roam. One unfortunate experience was fruit flies in the kitchen. Also not a fan of trash compactors since I’m not sure how well they can be cleaned but realize that was an upgrade at the time the home was probably built.
