“The pictures don't do the property justice, the place is beautiful! Only draw back is no outside lighting from the carport and additional fans in the house would have been nice. Would recommend to others ”

“A little drive to Chattanooga but it was a great place to stay with gym equipment and the pool table we had plants to do even when we were just hanging around the house. ”

“Very nice home and was true to the pictures online, plenty of space in each of the rooms, and the porch view of the river was awesome.We had a little difficulty with directions, when we put the address in, it kept changing on our GPS. We cooked in so we would have liked more kitchen supplies with a working K cup coffee maker. Also, we would have liked better pillow options.Overall, we enjoyed our trip and relaxing in the living room in the evenings.”

“We had an amazing stay! We had a big group and we were fully accommodated the entire time. The access to the river was amazing. We had a great time utilizing the entirety of the property. The place was clean when we showed up. The owners communicated everything clearly the entrie time and were super nice. The town was not far away either with it being 20 minutes away roughly. Definitely recommend this cabin for a good time disconnecting with a small or big group.”

“This property is a new favorite and we cannot wait to return! The home is very welcoming, relaxing, comfortable and quiet. We were so grateful to have found a place to come and stay when we visit family who live locally but don’t have the space to host us. Our eleven year old son said he “would love to buy the house so he could live here all the time!” It was chilly but our children took “polar plunges” in the pool to at least try it out. It made for great videos! We left with so many good……

“We appreciated the well stocked kitchen (not food items, bring your own), streaming apps and the extra blankets and bedding. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent particularly. It was perfect for our family group of 6. It was very clean and we enjoyed staying in it. Would recommend! ”

“You will not find a better place to relax and have your own space than this property which has a massive gathering place in the kitchen and it’s own movie theatre room plus a river behind the house to look at from the wrap around porch”

“The location is good and if all you want is a view, this place is for you! That did not disappoint. However, there was no furniture on the top deck to sit outside and enjoy. There were lots of dead bugs laying around and hair still in the shower drain. Many lights were burned out or broke. No heat for the 2 bedrooms in the basement and the lows were in the 30s/40s. The basement was equipped with an old style arcade gaming machine which was a big hit! The trash can on the outside was already……

“The house was good and served our needs. Bedrooms were good size and there was plenty of common areas. The listing needs to include the fact that there is a family that lives in the basement. That was quite the surprise when there were no parking spots the first 2 days and the family was having birthday parties those days. Also, the showers need some type of non-slip surface as they are extremely slick. Overall the house was good and filled our needs. Also not a huge fan of the automatic Ring……

“The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Having two seperate king suites with their own bathroom was ideal. All 3 TV's have apps installed so all you need to do is log in with your own information. The Wi-Fi was strong and supported all use. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. When we arrived there was already some ice made in the freezer. The fireplace is as simple as turn on and off with a remote. The temp was very easy to set with a Nest Thermostat.……

“The property was clean and fairly secluded. Within a 30 minute drive to great hiking locations and to both Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house to others with 4x4 or AWD vehicles.”
