Staff were friendly, most staff were knowledgeable about hours of operations of events happening and what the plans are for the furture of the resort, considering it just opened. “Our experience was amazing, including our dining experience at Culprit. We loved everything except for housekeeping knocking on our door at 10am, when checkout isn’t until 12pm. “Our first time in OKC and I am glad we found this place. So unique and very convenient location. The staff is incredibly helpful. Rooms are very specious with comfortable beds. We visited for the event at Civic Art Center and this place is only 10 min walk away from the venue. ”

“The communication with the host was great prior to arrival. Smoke alarm was sounding upon arrival, no batteries available for replacement. Communication with host went well but would have preferred if they had reached out via phone or text in response. The property was clean with the exception of mice droppings under the kitchen sink, probably due to the time of year (winter). Plenty of provided amenities, we still love this location and will stay here again.”
