“The location is very close to downtown Asheville. Parking is very convenient, with private and easy access to the bottom of a split-level home. The living quarters were spacious and tastefully appointed. We would not hesitate to return.”

“I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. ”

It was close enough to the city where the drives were convenient but far enough away that you felt like you were immersed in the surrounding nature. “The main level was very cozy and easy to hang out with everyone. The fireplace was very nice to have as well. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have more space for groceries that we brought, so they didn't have to sit on the counter top all week. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious, well-stocked, with a clean fridge, clean dishwasher, complimentary kuerig cups. Being there for a whole week, with seven people, we could have used another dishwasher pod. We had to go buy some to run the……

“Stunning property! Seen wildlife multiple times daily from the house! Host was wonderful with checking in just enough to ensure we didn’t need anything but not to much! We look forward to many more trips up and staying at this same location! We are already planning our next trip!! ”
