“Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and……

The condo was beautiful and located right in the middle of downtown Asheville. And the fact the condo was dog friendly made it even better. The communication from the Host was spot on and professional and there were no issues with the condo. It was absolutely as advertised. The Arras building is exceptionally clean and the restaurant and bar were both excellent.……

The location in the downtown is great. You can easily walk to all the downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants.
