Al check in siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.Avevo prenotato due camere standard con finestra e ci è stato offerto un upgrade con una stanza con terrazzo. “This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel”

“This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite.”
