“We had our older kids up from out of town for a late Christmas. ( 6 adults, 2 children near 12, and two grandkids (6) and (4) months. The property was large enough to accommodate all of us. Clean, spacious and cute. Game room and games were a bonus. ”

“The house is perfect for a getaway with friends or family. It is very spacious with a large area for gathering to play games or just visit. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. We were in town for a Bonspiel at the Centerville Curling Club. Wish we had more time to spend at the house. Make sure to check out The Station - Ma’s Kitchen in town for breakfast and coffee! SO GOOD!”

“Excellent communication from our host! He was very accommodating to my last minute requests (early arrival and ski team dinner). The entire house was immaculate. We loved the view, especially in the morning with coffee in the seating area off of the kitchen. I wish that we had more time to spend in the game room or relaxing in front of the fireplace. “Pretty unique property in a calming remote area with rolling hills & wildlife. It looks to have some renovations taking place and could use more. Maybe the time of the year in the country or not knowing when the unit was occupied last…lots dead flies on the ground & many more in the bead rooms flying around?!?! However the value of the rental for number of people it can sleep is good vs the cost! The hosts were very responsive!”

“We came to watch High School State Dance at La Crosse Center. Location was great, very clean and had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Our only complaint and reason for 4 stars is we didn’t care for the memory foam mattresses on the beds. They seemed to take a few hours to contour to your body(if you stayed still), but until then it’s pretty hard/firm, and pressure points like hips and shoulders got sore so I tossed and turned the first night, slept better the second night….”
