“The suite was nicely renovated for a historic building. There is a cute Christmas tree for the season. The furniture is retro and stylish but not very functional if you want to spend time in it like I did. Difficult to read a book on the couch or chairs, not able to lean back or put feet up. The tall dining table is also a book shelf, very cute, but need to straddle your legs around it.No counter space in the kitchen, but I used the shelf from kitchen to the living space to set my coffee and……

“Our spouses joined my brother and I for a work trip. While we worked our wives had the ability to enjoy downtown La Crosse and all it has to offer. Many wonderful coffee shops and restaurants as well as great retail stores.This is the second time we have rented this property and it has been great both times. Very pretty space that is well stocked and clean. I would recommend this rental to anyone who ambulates well. There are 26 steps to the space entrance, but it is well worth the climb. ……

“The apartment was nice, convenient location, comfortable beds and living area. Would suggest the mgmt update their checkin process to indicate all details. The link was not working It's difficult to access the "portal" to find the checkout list. I had to request the list. Also, asked us to "put a load of towels in". The washing machine is coin operated,we had no change. Also unclear as to which garbage/recycling cans are for that apartment. Had to go down a couple buildings outside then up the……

“Great place to stay with lots to do within easy walking distance.”

“We were in La Crosse for a tournament. Wanted somewhere quiet but close to ball field. It was a very quiet spot, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. Our host was super. She gave us info on the area, bought the coffee, and even made chicken on the grill. We could relax by the dock.”

“This is a modern, well-appointed space in the European hotel style. Quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Bring your own hand/face towels and stop at the local festival for water and snacks. Don’t forget to brunch at the restaurant downstairs. Staff are friendly and love their town … and the food is amazing! This room will be on our favorites list for LAX. ”

“Property is in a beautiful historical building located within walking distance of many downtown establishments. Also took advantage of the bike trails in the area. Enjoyed the full kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only suggestion might be to upgrade with more comfortable funiture in the living room area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay! ”
