“I spent 15 nights while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect for what I was doing and where I was going. I had a parking space at my daughter’s building so I can’t comment on parking. I walked Broadway Street to and from Third Ward and downtown multiple times of day and night and always felt safe. The Public Market is a block away as well as multiple restaurants and cocktail bars. The is no real grocery store near by but the market has a good supply of meats fish veggies and……

“with a host that responds fast, but does nothing to solve any problems or address any issues my stay at this location was very rough. The building itself is a trash chute that reeks of marijuana and cigarettes, even in the room itself. other than that, the place was basically booby trapped as the chairs were loose and stove knobs were loose. other than that trash was constantly left right outside of the doors and left inside the place itself and it was never cleaned up. If I wanted to stay in a……

“This place is more spacious than I imagined. Quite and right off a main road so there are plenty of things to access. I felt safe staying by myself and it was extremely convenient to park my car in the underground parking garage. I will keep this place open as an option for my future stays in Milwaukee! “Great place. Within walking distance to many great places to eat. Buses available on corner to downtown Milwaukee. Apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. One issue, though definitely not a deal breaker, is that this apartment faces the beer garden for the restaurant bellow. Noise wasn't an issue, but the lights to the beer garden are left on all the time. This made the apartment somewhat bright at night and there are no blackout curtains, just vinyl blinds that dont block light.……

“The building is a little bit older, however the apartment is updated and has everything you need. There is a full kitchen. Bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Everything was very clean, from the bed to the living and dining areas. If you plan to do laundry bring quarters, it’s 1.50 for a wash and dry. You are walking distant to some great food places and only a 15-20 minute drive to Milwaukee and all the attractions in the city. Overall this was an amazing experience and would……
