“Owner says built in 2023 and it looks it. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again. ”

We were only able to enjoy the trails the first day before it rained and got muddy. It would be nice if the trails had some gravel on them so you could enjoy them in any weather. “This house and property were perfect for our group! 12 people and 2 dogs had a fantastic weekend on the lake!The master bedroom downstairs is HUGE so we had plenty of room for stuff for our 6 month old. There is a bunk bed in the closet of the master bedroom that we didn't end up using for our group but would be great if we had older kids.
