“It was a beautiful purple place and extremely close to Holiday World! ”

“The check in process was super easy. We had a couple questions and Amy responded very quickly. The house was clean and very well equipped. Lots of seating for large groups. The grill and blackstone were appreciated. Good supply of towels & washcloths. DVD's for rainy days or we were able to stream without any problems. We rented the yellow and blue houses for a total of 16 and had adequate sleeping room. The goats are a nice touch. Also got to see deer & wild turkey (and a tiny lizard). ……

“This is a lovely cottage on the Ohio river. We stayed for two weeks and truely enjoyed it. This cottage has the older home charm with modern amenities. We look forward to coming back for future stays. ”

“We rented for a 13th birthday party. Plenty of room for all the girls. Very well kept, master bath was a little tricky to find (it's hidden behind the door entering the room)LOL... Location and neighbors were perfect. Would definitely use again. ”

“The owner Tonya was extremely nice. The property was great. We were able to grill and hang outside. Then later did a bonfire and the kids made some s’mores. Plenty of room to hang out inside. Lots of recliners and comfortable spots to hang out. I would stay there again in our future vacations to holiday world. ”

“Great place to stay, especially for Holiday World with it only being a few minutes down the road! Clean, organized, and had everything we needed plus some (games, books, etc). Loved seeing the goats out the window next door & our kids loved saying hi to them. Utilized the grilling area as well! ”

“The house is one of the better equipped rentals that we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable, kitchen provided plenty of cookware-utensils-table service-etc., bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The grill and blackstone were much appreciated. There was a nice firepit unfortunately due to the extremely hot weather we didn't take advantage of it. Loved that we could look out and catch the deer or wild turkey wandering around. “We really enjoyed the property and our stay. Total chill. Over looking the Ohio River and watching barges going through the lock and damn while eating out on the patio was enjoyable. We played dominoes on the deck, cooked, slept like babies and one of the lady enjoyed bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub. One night we to Tell City and dance like crazy to live mucus at Lock and Keel. The fresh sea food is great. Can't wait till next time. ”
