“I was very skeptical at first because the pics vs price didnt seem right...that was until i arrived to the property. I was very pleasantly surprised with the value. It was clean, comfortable, and truly made me feel at home. The accommodations and amenities did not disappoint. I have family that lives nearby so when i come to visit them i will be staying here again!”

“We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and……

“It was in remote area and we had to drive 30 miles to buy groceries. Then was missing basics like extra paper towels. Dishwasher was broken. Nice unit comfortable, though road to it was gravel. Not many restaurants so we grilled out every night and had to buy everything. Was not expecting it to be so isolated. Fall Creek Falls area was good drive away. The roads were very narrow and winding with lots of switch backs, not used to that at all. Beautiful area in mountains.”

“The place was clean and comfortable and suited our purpose for visiting family. The listing, however, was not accurate in terms of available amenities. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the workout/health facilities that were supposed to be available. Upon arrival, we discovered they were closed indefinitely. Our confirmation email also gave us conflicting information regarding hours and procedures it seemed no one could give us a straight answer to resolve these issues……

“This was a terrific place to spend the week with my kids for spring break. Luckily the water came up around the dock and we caught lots of brim which is what we went for was to fish. It was a cute house layout was a little odd with the living room on the bottom floor but we didn’t have much time for tv anyway. The place was very nice and clean and in a great location! ”
