“This property fit our needs so well! The kids didn’t even want to leave the house during the week because they were having so much fun here. The pool was perfect and we were able to fish right off the dock. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Plus the beach was right down the road and we used the bicycles a few times to ride around and check out the island. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed at the Markle property for 5 days to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were a group of eight including our adult children and our 1 yr old grand daughter, and this property was fantastic!! What a great location! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out including outdoor living space with another TV. “Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But……

“Pantlind Island House is the best. The home has everything you need for a relaxing time on Marco. Beautiful floor plan and furnishings, patio and pool offer privacy and relaxation. “Lovely hostess who quickly fixed the front lock when it stuck. Large and beautifully equipped apartment with photos of local birds on the walls. Only a couple of blocks walk to the local restaurant, The Island Cafe, with good food and delicious Key Lime Pie. An excellent and central location for exploring the Everglades. We were sorry when our three days were up. Would happily stay at Rebecca’s again.”

“A very nice place to stay for the price. The manafer and other office help were helpful and responsive. Obviously, an older building, but it has been well maintained. Loved the screened in balcony and the view of the pool. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample room to park. Easy access to the gulf beaches. Loved the full-size kitchen refrigerator and the supplied dishes and cookware, and hot water supply for the shower. Had a problem with the wifi router dropping the internet but……
