This is a really novel location, end of a cul de sac and on the second story of a garage/outbuilding so when you look out the windows when sitting on the couch, you feel like your in a tree house. One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator.
