“We actually were moved from this location due to the AC not working. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. “This has been a great experience. We checked in . Clean room. Everything works! Bike shop is on the 1st floor . Trails are accessible. My son and I had a blast ! Will definitely book again for our next trip! Communication was great . Highly recommend !”

“Perfect location and property for the little & big sugar cycling classics. Property was well appointed and the hosts were on top of everything!”

“My son and I were in Fayetteville for a baseball tournament and stayed at this property. It is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are very firm for my taste but were comfortable. “I was not aware that there were 3 levels to this townhouse, with 2 staircases. The staircases were very loud and that surprised us. The space was nice for our family of 5. Our check-in was rocky because of lack of communication, but we were able to get in within the hour of arriving, which I was grateful for. It was a really nice area, close to the MO line where we went for rafting, quiet and safe-feeling. There was also nice/safe areas to walk our dog and take him for potty breaks. ”
