“We had a wonderful stay here for a week in February. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The description of the home is exactly what you get! We had a fabulous week ice fishing, ice skating, tubing at a local mountain, enjoying both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub and playing games on the custom video game system. We will definitely be back! The host also responded to all questions and inquiries both before and during our trip.……

“We had a good week at the UP Cabin. The only issues we had from a cleanliness perspective were not the fault of the property owner, it seems the tenants before us were a little sloppy and managed to leave behind some things. Had a plumbing issue during the week but the owner had it taken care of ASAP for us, very much appreciated. They have done a nice job with the house for sure. Love the wood panel walls and ceiling, and the kitchen is REALLY well stocked for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed……

“There were 7 adults and 3 children. The place was very accommodating for our group. Nice large kitchen and table for meals. Plenty of space and areas to relax. The dock was in good condition and fairly easy to get to. The location is convenient for having a boat and swimming as there is less boat traffic. It may be a little challenging for some as there is only a rough path down to the dock/water. We did not have trouble parking three cars and a trailer (for 16-foot boat). ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful. The views of the lake were amazing. The kids were excited to stand on a frozen lake! The weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get to do much as far as skiing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook. The grill was great. We made steaks and it made making dinner that much easier. Close to supermarket. We recommended staying here! ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived and beds were comfortable. The location was very close to skiing at Elk which was perfect for us. It’s in a rural spot so nice and quiet. I think this property would be just as fun in the summer as it is in the winter with the pond and the fire pit. We had a great time and were talking about coming back before we even left! Thanks for the great stay!”

“The house came well equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. the house was in immaculate condition. The upstairs oven did not work, we were told prior to our arrival. The downstairs oven was in working condition. Very difficult to figure out how to work the living room tvs. Directions would be helpful. We used the fireplaces for heat, Very comfortable. Directions upon entering and leaving the house would be very helpful! ……
