“The room was seriously lacking in many things we take for granted: no coffee pot, no facial tissues, electric lamps did not work, furniture was old and shabby . . . just not up to a 5 star experience in any way except the staff. Those I met seemed genuinely concerned, but unable to make any real changes. Housecleaning staff needs to be fired and new ones hired . . . which I understand for all service industries today . . . that is a real challenge.”

“Very nice cabin, very clean inside. location was fairly easy to find. Hot tub was dirty with a foul smell, so my wife and I did not even attempt to enter it. The only other issue was that of a huge wall built literally in front of the porch. It resembled a border wall of something you might see in Mexico. Otherwise would I stay here again? Yes.
