“We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location.”

The house was on a stunning secluded piece of land outside Charlottesville and offered incredible views. The house was very well appointed and they certainly thought of everything. “We rented the home for its proximity to Wintergreen for a quick skiing trip,and it was perfect. A cozy older home with a cabin like feel. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Owners were great, get back to you quickly if you have questions. Definitely rent again if we come back to the area.”

“The property is Gorgeous with green rolling hills, a pond with geese and baby geese on the way, deer, beaver and lots of other wildlife! Everything was so close to Charlottesville…Carter’s Mountain, Restaurants, Wineries and a Wonderful treasure down the road at Simeon’s! We loved having picnics on the grounds watching the sunset! Steve was A Great host! Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! ”
