“We booked this hotel because it is one of the few hotels in city centre has offsite car parks available as we know it is very challenging to find car park in the city centre of Stockholm However when we arrive the check in personnel told us all the car parks are fully occupied and they have only five car parks for guest use. “服务态度很差，在旅客入住时并没有提醒过：你住的房间如果不在前一天说明要打扫卫生的话，第二天是没有人会给你打扫房间卫生的。理由是保护环境。我花钱买了你的服务，你用一张纸片放在房卡里就自行免除了服务。我并没有同意，只是被告知。找前台理论，态度非常恶劣。向这样的旅馆我绝对不会再去住了！”
