Det blir krångligt med bagage som ska in i bagagerum och sedan ska tiden passas och man måste tillbaka för att checka in. Tycker att man som medlem borde ha någon förmån på incheckningen. Det var mycket bättre som det var tidigare.”

“The Hotel Rival and its staff are a delight. Really cool design property an old cinema now a hotel/theatre/bar. We had deluxe room, spacious great view. Breakfast had everything you could want buffet and cooked. There is a bistro and tavern and bar. Warm friendly place easily accessed using commuter SL train from airport to Stockholm Sodra the stop after Stockholm Central. Then a short easy walk to hotel.”

“服务态度很差，在旅客入住时并没有提醒过：你住的房间如果不在前一天说明要打扫卫生的话，第二天是没有人会给你打扫房间卫生的。理由是保护环境。我花钱买了你的服务，你用一张纸片放在房卡里就自行免除了服务。我并没有同意，只是被告知。找前台理论，态度非常恶劣。向这样的旅馆我绝对不会再去住了！”
