“The house was in a great location near our family and town. The house was the perfect size for four adults and an infant baby. We had plenty of room and I used the oven to make my holiday pies. We would definitely rent this home again.”

“My then fiance and I stayed here before we were to get married in White Sands. This was the absolute best "getting ready" location I could've ever asked for. There was essentially a womens side and a men side. Nobody saw each other until the final reveal in the front yard. Such an open concept in the living room for the two families to get together and help, then be apart of the first look!!The house was beautiful, perfect size, hot tub was a nice cherry on top. Just wish there was a little……

“Theo is an amazing host and his property is top notch. The pictures don't do the place justice. The 1mi private driveway is a bit rough, but nothing any car can't handle, just be sure anyone arriving the first time at night is careful because there are some places you would not want to go off road. Everything was so comfortable, there was ample supplies for everything we needed and Theo was extremely responsive to any questions we had mid stay. We felt extremely welcome. The amenities were top……

Everything in the Kitchen was well layed out and functioned. We appreciated the labeling of the drawers. Please fix the Master Shower. Add channels the Master Bedroom TV.”

“This home is very spacious. We had plenty of room for alone time and to be together. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. We would have loved to have outdoor furniture to hang out outside as the weather was very pleasant. The owner was very easy to work with and allowed us to have a late checkout when requested.”
