“The pictures don't do it justice. This is a luxury condo. It's very clean, granite countertops, fully stocked, and overall top notch. Both my husband and I said we'd stay here again when in Las Cruces. Everything was thought of in advance so that we didn't want for anything. Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc. Just great. ”

“We traveled from Kansas City with our 10 yr old grandson to watch two of his cousins dance in the Nutcracker ballet. The location was fairly close to the theater. “My then fiance and I stayed here before we were to get married in White Sands. This was the absolute best "getting ready" location I could've ever asked for. There was essentially a womens side and a men side. Nobody saw each other until the final reveal in the front yard. “Theo is an amazing host and his property is top notch. The pictures don't do the place justice. The 1mi private driveway is a bit rough, but nothing any car can't handle, just be sure anyone arriving the first time at night is careful because there are some places you would not want to go off road.
