“Nice lake and quiet cabin made for a relaxing time”

“Property is just as described. We enjoyed the peaceful backyard. The cabin was very clean with a rustic feeling that we enjoyed. No cell service for Verizon made it a true getaway!!”

“Great setup. Lots of sleeping options. Washer and dryer with detergent etc. Only suggestion would be to add a sign to indicate the entrance and a light as we arrived late at night and wouldn't have found it if the owner hadn't waited up for us. Definitely appreciate that!”

“This was the perfect place for our family of 9! It's better than the pictures! The yard and lake are great for days of fun, plus we drove to the iron mine one day and North Shore Drive another. The cabin was comfortable and had all that was needing for a relaxing stay. We loved the loons and the friendly squirrel. We even saw a bear near Makinen!”
