“We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! ”

“This was a cozy, clean, and aesthetically inspiring apartment with a wonderful view and a sprawling garden. My kids (ages 9 and 13) and I stayed here nearly a week, doing all kinds of fun activities in Berkeley. I asked the 9 year old what her favorite part of the trip was, and she said cuddling up in the little book nook while looking out at the view every evening. They felt at home and did not get homesick at all--which is first! ”

“Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.”

“Having moved out of state, we returned to find this wonderful place in our old neighborhood. Exceptionally clean, unexpectedly spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay, including a lovely patio. Jeri was a terrific host too: attentive and responsive. Bottom line: we hated to leave. ”
