“Pools and walking trails so close which is our favorite. Saw a bear on walking trail and scared us to death. Researched and found out we need bear spray. Didn't stop our fun. Used the fire pit and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Coffee pot a little small for 4 people and back yard messy .Plan on booking for next year.”

“We loved our stay in Heber Springs. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Beautiful scenery and lots of birds to watch. Host and hostess were very friendly and always willing to help in any way. Would highly recommend. ”

“This place is new and absolutely immaculate. We were very comfortable here with 4 adults and a 5 year old. This was actually a cheaper option than renting 2 hotel rooms. There is a lot of space and you are in a quiet atmosphere. The owners responded to my questions quickly and were very friendly! ”

“This property is brand new!! I would definitely recommend this property!! Very clean & furnishings are upscale. The only downside to this property was the photos showed our unit on the river. It was not. None of the units/cabins are on the river. This needs to be corrected. Other than this, my husband & I enjoyed our stay👍”

“Quaint cabin furnished with the most beautiful handcrafted engraved wooden pieces. Friendliest owners. Very cozy place.
