Owner/manager did not interrupt our stay (as has happened in other VRBO's we've used). Facilities were very comfortable and convenient. Only minor suggestions would be replacing the Q bed with a King and maybe adding a dishwasher.”

The owner gave great directions and it was easy to find. We especially enjoyed the firepit out back and there was plenty of firewood. We always stay in VRBO rentals on vacation and I have to say this was the best one we've stayed at.”

“We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned……
