“While I wasn't expecting much from Cincinnati after years away, I fell in love with this apartment and the downtown area. The apartment exceeded all expectations, offering ample space for my sister and two teens to relax comfortably. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy beds, creating a true home away from home. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, it added such a warm, festive touch to our stay.Located conveniently close to everything yet……

“My wife and I celebrated our 50th birthday at Stay n’ Play with family and friends. It was a perfect! The home offers several areas to sit and talk. The enclosed patio provides a spacious feel with the large edge to edge windows! The large kitchen island is a great place to stand and snack while you catch up with your guests. The service area next to the dining table is the perfect place to plug in crock pots and warmer plates for serving hot foods. There are large TVs in almost every room and……

“The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! ”

“We came for one night so that my teenage girls could go see Dancing with the Stars in Cinci. We also brought our Boxer dog. The property was fun, comfortable & clean. They had everything we could have needed during our stay. So convenient to take my dog out for potty breaks. Would definitely return! ”

“We had an amazing stay. Exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room to hangout and to sleep. Everything was very clean and easy to find. Location was excellent and everything we needed was close. The extras in the house like the pool table, shuffle board, cornhole all were a great addition to the fun. Owners were easy to get ahold of and answered all questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!!!!”
