It was really nice to sit out back and take in nature, including a mother dear and her two babies resting on the hill one of the mornings. “This is a wonderful unit along W. Cumberland St. In the northern half of Philly. Super clean, super easy check in and communications with the host. Less than a 10 minute walk to the SEPTA station to catch the subway into the heart of Philadelphia. Local markets nearby for shopping, but very overpriced for the convenience. Less than a 10 min drive to Walmart, Aldis and other grocery stores. This is on the 2nd floor as you pack accordingly for carrying bags up the stairs. Cabinet were……

“Clean and very responsive owners!”

“2 adults in 40s and 50s needed a clean space while we dropped our son off at his first real job in a new city. Drove up from Charlotte and had some issues with check in and VRBO not giving us the right code. Had to contact the owner who was extremely responsive and solved our issue immediately. The place coupd also do with some deep cleaning. Mold in the bathroom shower and really low water pressure and clogged drains. No soap anywhere so be aware of that for hands and dishes. “I wish I could give zero stars because i stayed ZERO nights, but sadly, to warn you all, they get one star. First. I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. I called the number I was provided for assistance, and the person that picked up……

“This cottage is a gem! It is a quiet and peaceful place to stay only 5 minutes from downtown Doylestown. The hosts thought of every possible amenity, even having our favorite breakfast items and homemade baked goods waiting for us! We woke to a deer grazing near the pond and a buck laying in the woods just beyond our deck. I will definitely be looking to come back here if we are in the area again.”
