“To start.....the word "quality" should be taken off of this hotel! It should just be "Inn". We booked this hotel as we were travelling with our dog and it showed pet friendly. Upon arrival the person working behind the desk told us the only "pet friendly" room left was a smoking pet friendly room. This would not work as I never smoked a day in my life. He said all other pet friendly rooms were taken. After almost an hour and not being able to get a hold of a manager (not answering there……

“The room was clean and comfortable, Staff were very helpful and so nice. All the rooms are on level with parking, so was perfect for me as I'm disabled. Bathrooms are a little small but really clean. Beds are comfortable and at a good height, I'd stay there again. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and caring. ”

“I know this is a low-budget hotel, but it was especially bad. Ants in the shower; water damage on the baseboards; dips in the floor of the room (tripping hazard); dirty towels (stains and hair on supposedly clean towels); the sheets were melted; TV screen was low-quality and had a fuzzy picture; pool was closed for renovations; ice machine was broken; the list goes on. I would not recommend. The “savings” aren’t worth it!”

“This quiet little house is right by trails that overlook a reservoir. Everything was clean and fairly newly remodeled. A couple of small things were wrong, the Keurig had a part missing and the ironing board didn't stay up properly. In general, though, it was a really great place, not to far from downtown but with a secluded feel.”
