“Pros! If you are looking for a hotel with everything within walking distance. This is the hotel. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. Joana checked us in, she was the absolute best! I will be staying here again! Every staff member I encountered was a treasure! Cons! The breakfast was not the best. Someone put lemon pepper on the potatoes. The mix fruits looked as it they were frozen then thawed. I asked for a late check out. When we came back to the room before 1030am, the shower……

“Overall the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Haywood Mall was nice. However, the air and heat kept fluctuating throughout the night. I kept adjusting and readjusting the thermostat. Additionally, the iron that was in the room didn’t work. I called for another one a gentleman did bring me one but it didn’t work either. The room was nice a spacious and I like the balcony but there were not any chairs available in my room. My friend’s balcony did have chairs. That was puzzling to me. On the other……
