“The stay here was nice and comfortable. The neighbors were quiet. Conveniently located to our office in Maplewood.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Muse a great deal. The property was in a charming converted row home in a lovely neighborhood. The interior was beautifully appointed and well-maintained. My only suggestion would be to add some ambient lighting such as bedside lamps in the bedroom for reading in bed. Same in the living area as I like to snuggle up with a book. We would definitely recommend the Muse and our wonderful host to anyone planning a trip to St. Louis. We had a wonderful long weekend and the……

“The apartment worked well for our family, was clean, and adequately stocked with supplies. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain during our stay, so walking to the Delmar loop wasn't an option, and there weren't many restaurants or places to shop less than a mile away. Also, it was too early in the season for the trolley. The Metrolink was close-by, so we were able to get downtown easily.”

“It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place……

“The home has a great location in the city and the provided parking is real nice to have. The home was very clean and modern but still had a cozy feel. We had fun playing some of the games and relaxing watching the tv. The stay was great and the host was real responsive.”

“Please put in light blocking curtains for the two bedrooms! There is too much light for just blinds. This is a great property, small footprint but the AC was reliable and the apartment is very quiet. It could also use a chain for the front door in addition to the combination lock.”

Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! “Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open.”

“When we arrived we had not received any info on how to get in! Finally found how to contact Vrbo help after messaging the owner. Vrbo got hold of the owner who checked and confirmed the info had not been sent. Ummm yeah, we knew that! Eventually we got in and it was easy but very frustrating and NOT the way to start a vacation. Property was fine. Bathroom door sticks and is half open always. Could use a night light (I didn’t think I’d need one.) Disposer didn’t work - we just used trash can.……
