“The first impression from our kids was priceless as this was the first time seeing the ocean and to have it right out our window was awesome. It was a perfect place for our first time exploring the island. It would have been nice having the beach access right outside the door, but then I don’t think we would have explored as much. Loved having coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crashing in.”

“This was a great area, we have stayed in the area previously. We did not use the rooftop much because it faced the parking lot. The host was very responsive. The beds are very comfortable. “We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this location. The condo was beautiful, clean, inviting and a walk to the beach. It was accessible to all of the tourist activities we wanted to do. The host was incredible and very attentive. Overall, great stay! Highly recommend.”

“Condo is very nice. 3 pools of various depths. We used the pool closest to the apt as we has young children. One of the beds was broken but thankfully one of our people wasn't able to come so we were able to easily adjust to having one less bed. The host was extremely apologetic. We arrived the day after most of PR had a black out, but we were unaffected as the property and many of the local businesses had generators. “Overall location was amazing. Beautiful beach views. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking 10/10 I definitely recommend. We enjoyed our stay in Rio Grande. I recommend booking excursions prior to arriving to Puerto Rico Ubers can be pricey. Power did go out completely our last night which was a bit scary but there were flashlights throughout the unit. I wasn’t aware that Puerto Rico lose power frequently but I can’t wait to return back & stay here again. Thank you! ”

A Really good picture could help, gps only gets you so close , which may be street or 2 away . Had to get instructions by phone after wandering and looking , night time is impossible to find. Local people could not ID either. Room was fine , we found it hard to use balcony with neighbors smoking cigars outside regularly. We……

“We had a great stay at the studios. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. There were only two plastic chairs to sit on so we had to sit in the bed to watch tv or just hang out. Other than that everything was great. We look forward to renting from them again!”

“Close to a lot of restaurants, and one minute from a 24 hour gas station. Super quiet very clean. I will recommend and is two minutes from the beach. ”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
