“Bett waren leider etwas zu weich. Personal hat am 04 Mai um ca 10 Uhr nicht mal Hallo gesagt und nichtmal gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war. So etwas wirft natürlich ein schlechtes Bild auf das Hotel. Falls das eine Person mit Personalveranrwortung sieht mit Schulen Sie Ihren dunkelhäutigen Kollegn in Sachen Kundenservice und Kundenzufriedenhwit das gehört einfach dazu.”

“Es handelt sich um das Bildungszentrum der Commerzbank mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten. Allerdings kommt kein echtes Hotel-Flair auf. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sauber, die Zimmer waren hervorragend. Allerdings gibt es zum Abendessen lediglich ein Buffet für 36 Euro, was nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Meiner Meinung nach sollte hier mehr Flexibilität geboten werden, beispielsweise mit einem separaten Salatbuffet für den kleinen Hunger. ”

Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, wie die Sicherheitsbedingungen im Hotel (Maske tragen, Desinfektionsmittel benutzen vor dem Frühstück) durch die Mitarbeiter*innen durchgesetzt worden sind. Reinigung und Zimmer waren auch sehr gut. Ich komme gern wieder. ”
