“Check in時的迎賓飲料是好喝的莓果汁，櫃檯接待人員皆會流利英文，ground floor有舒適的用餐區域、現代風的工作區和閒聊的沙發區（也有桌遊、西洋棋和積木），使用房卡可以享受健身房。 早餐的麥片和優格有許多選擇、能選擇熱茶但沒有熱湯，櫃檯旁則24小時提供點餐服務。房間裡沒有衣櫃、掛鉤稍嫌不足。交通部分可以使用11號輕軌到市中心，途中會看到歐元或到觀光區、萊茵河換車也方便。基本上是性價比蠻高的商務旅館。”

“The rooms were clean, and the property had some interesting features like a shared kitchen/outdoor space on the 6th floor and a reading room on the 2nd floor. The surrounding area was quiet and safe. The front desk staff was very helpful and patient ”

“Front desk service was unwelcome at night when we arrived, staff stood in the bar as a bar tender and we needed to find her by ourselves. In room there was no kettle for heating water, no slippers, dim lights and the carpet seemed not very clean. Notwithstanding the staff were polite and explained details patiently, bathing stuff were completed, and location was near the ostbahnhof.”

“While I only stayed here for one night, these mini apartments would be excellent for a long-term stay too. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Key for me is always the hairdryer, which was excellent! I didn’t check in until midnight because our train into Frankfurt was late, but we were quickly met by security and given our room key. In the morning, the two women at the front desk were super friendly and gave me great suggestions for walking into……

“離地鐵跟電車站只有步行五分鐘,dm跟Rewe需步行15分，附近也有一些餐廳，停車不算難找，靠飯店前有不收費車位(可先詢問櫃檯)房間乾淨(電梯稍小)，以這個價位距市區跟機場來說算超值了。”

“價格可接受，不貴。 酒店位置近市區; 早餐的食品種類不少;炒蛋味道偏咸，但大部分歐洲餐廳也比較鹽分高;酒店員工有禮。 房間的整潔度可接受，但毛巾有點氣味，佈置有點舊。”

“I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much 😊 ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies……
