“Nice cozy little cottage. Easy access to U of O”

“We were on our way back to Seattle after two months-long trip and really needed some rest. It was lucky to find this GEM in Springfield, OR. The quaint cottage is new, modern and well-decorated with best amenities. It is very quiet and we are totally re-energized after two days rest. Marcia is a great host and she was very communicative and welcoming with attention to details. She lives in the main house next door and is available for help anytime. While we chatted a couple of times casually to……

“We were only there for two nights, but we loved it! The house was clean and nice with a great backyard for our dog to play in. Our dog had a blast with all the trails in the neighborhood. I wish we had stayed another night. The neighbors were all quiet which was nice for a good night's sleep.”

“Charming place. Since I travel a lot for work, I really enjoy having a kitchen. It makes it feel less like work travel and more like living in a new place! Thanks for letting me “live in Eugene” in your beautiful home. The kitchen was spectacular. Very nicely furnished with all the essentials and even some non-essentials. I appreciated the blinds in the living room - they open from the TOP and the bottom. As a female traveling alone, I loved being able to get some light in without worry. Comfy……

“The cottage, was clean , comfortable and had all of the amenities needed to have a comfortable week at the cottage. The proprietors have done a wonderful job with the special added touches, the yard is beautifully maintained. Will definitely recommend and we will be returning soon.”

“This garden cottage is clean and new and has everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our 7 night stay. Located in the backyard of the owners, we had our own gated yard entrance, our own parking area, and plenty of privacy. The yard is beautiful with several mature trees, green grass and wildflowers. The owner always responded right away if we had a question. Staying here was so much better than staying in a hotel. Very grateful to have found this hidden gem. ”
